I originally intended this short course to be part of a larger offering, but I figured, why not just give it away? Meditation has been incredibly beneficial to me. Whether sitting for an extended period with a group or spending 30 seconds mindfully breathing before I am in a situation where I want to be fully present, meditation has been my go-to tool for many years. "Meditate Like a Boss: Stress-Proof Your Entrepreneurial Journey" is your express gateway to meditation mastery, tailored for busy executives and entrepreneurs. In just a few minutes a day, you can unlock stress reduction, enhance focus, and improve your overall well-being. Imagine the positive changes you can bring into your life with this course.
The course lasts four weeks with one short (15 minutes or so) weekly lesson per week - with a minimal (but critical) time commitment each week. If we have enough interest, we will do a live meditation the first Friday of the month at 8 am PT/11 am ET.
